Course Purpose:

This course will provide comprehensive education of LANCER glassware washers. With LANCER’s creative partnership approach, this course provides students with the resources and the hands-on practice required to reduce or even prevent production downtime.

Students will gain an understanding of the principles of operation, specifications and construction methods used in the design of our washers. Students are provided with microprocessor codes for programming, alarm definitions, guides for alarm troubleshooting and preventative maintenance procedures for daily, monthly and yearly maintenance.

After each section in the course, students are presented with a lab exercise and exam to practice their newly learned skills.
