Programming and Operations:
The 1600 UP freestanding glassware washer has 40 flexible programs using the “UP” Universal Programming controlled by the microprocessor. Individually selected programs are available and stored in the microprocessor memory. The system control panel has a 4 ½ inch LCD with up to 16 character naming capability to interface with the washer.
Self-diagnostic monitoring of all functions with audible and visual fault alarms provide quality control to each wash cycle. Two independent sensors control chamber water level and prevent water overflow. The washer has an electronic thermostat for independent selection by the user of temperature for pre-wash, wash and final rinse cycles between ambient and 95°C.
