Programming and Operations:
The 1600 TI freestanding glassware washer has 40 flexible programs controlled by the microprocessor. Individually selected programs are available and stored in the microprocessor memory. The system control panel has a 4 ½ inch LCD with up to 16 character naming capability to interface with the washer. Calibrateable temperature probes are standard for the 1600 TI washer.
Self-diagnostic monitoring of all functions with audible and visual fault alarms provide quality control to each wash cycle. Two independent sensors control chamber water level and prevent water overflow. The washer has an electronic thermostat for independent selection by the user of temperature for pre-wash, wash and final rinse cycles between ambient and 95°C.
The 1600 TI has door locks to prevent interference with the wash cycle once it is in operation.
Water Consumption: 6 ½ Gallons approximately per fill.
Heat Loss: 4,760 Btu/hr (1,395 W) maximum.
