The LANCER LXA models are fully automatic, freestanding glassware
washers designed for high volumes of glassware to be processed in
a timely manner. It is the machine of choice for many applications
including those requiring a vertical sliding door, a glass door
for viewing of chamber during the wash cycle, double doors for pass
through washing and those requiring increased validation.
LANCER washing systems are user friendly, and reliable. LANCER was
the first washer manufacturer to feature fully programmable microprocessors
allowing for control of cycle lengths, temperature, and uptake of
cleaning
chemicals.
Designed to wash inside narrow necked laboratory glassware using injectors and open
glassware using rotary spray arms, the LXA models utilize spindle header racks allowing
water, detergent and acid to be injected into inverted glassware. The wash pump and
hydraulic circuit provide a high flow rate and low-pressure delivery for thorough cleaning
without breakage of washed items.
With its vast chamber
and versatility of washing on two levels,
the LXA glassware washer line is ideally suited to wash various
sizes of glassware. Racks
are capable of being interchanged on both levels with adjustable
rack positions on the upper level. This ensures maximum flexibility
in wash chamber configuration providing the most options to accommodate
any wash load. The individual jet spindles are threaded making them
easy to replace or exchange and include polypropinol adjustable
star feet for support and to protect glass from chipping.
LANCER’s vertical glass door conveniently slides downward to open and has a unique
sealing system with dual locking action to ensure a positive door seal to prevent leakage.
In addition it is insulated to guard against heat loss.
The LXA models have a 316 L stainless steel chamber as well as stainless steel plumbing,
and are finished on all six sides with bodywork of AISI 304L stainless steel. It is available
for single (2000 LXA SV) or double door (2000 LX DV) applications.
