LANCER Jet Racks are designed to wash inside narrow necked laboratory glassware using injectors. These racks have spindle headers allowing water, detergent and acid to be injected directly into inverted glassware. The individual jet spindles are threaded making them easy to replace or exchange and include polypropinol adjustable star feet for support and to protect glass from chipping.

LANCER Jet Racks are available in numerous configurations. The quantity of jets, (24 - 144 depending on washer model) length of jets (long, short, combination of long and short) and diameter of jets (2 mm, 6 mm, combination of diameters) are configured in multiple ways allowing you to choose a jet rack to best suit the type and quantity of glassware and labware you are washing in a wash load. Additionally special combination racks that have jets on one section of the rack and a basic basket on the other section allows for maximization of washing multiple types of items in one load.

LANCER Jet Racks are easily adjustable between wash levels allowing you maximum flexibility for the items you are washing. No tools are necessary to remove or insert the racks into the washer. They slide easily onto the fully load bearing rails; simply pushing the rack into it's inserted position activates the one way valve that allows washing on that level. Closing the washer door ensures the connection is complete without any need for connecting the rack to the washer with additional tools. This also allows for racks to be easily removed from the chamber and transferred to other locations for unloading of glassware or labware items.
